The Moore Group conducted the audit and review of eBizDocs’ operational controls. eBizDocs continues to differentiate itself by certifying its ability to protect customer data and successfully demonstrate its capability to meet all the relevant trust services criteria for security and availability.
This SOC 2 audit confirms eBizDocs sustained ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions, that scale to the needs of Public Sector, Small-to-Midsize Businesses (SMB), and Enterprise level clients. “We are pleased to demonstrate our ability to meet the stringent trust services criteria. System Organization Control (SOC) is a technical auditing process used to validate the systems and controls designed by an organization to secure its customer data. To comply with SOC2, organizations must establish rigorous security policies and procedures in accordance with AICPA standards. SOC2 reports are conducted by independent auditors, who measure the availability and security of an organization’s unique data processing systems, and ultimately determine whether effective safeguards and controls are in place. The purpose of SOC standards is to provide confidence and peace of mind for organizations when they engage third-party vendors.

The Moore Group’s testing of eBizDocs’ controls included examination of policies and procedures regarding/network connectivity, firewall configurations, computer operations, logical access, data transmission, backup and disaster recovery, and other critical operational areas. Upon completion of the audit, eBizDocs received a Service Auditor’s Report with a favorable opinion demonstrating that their policies, procedures, and infrastructure meet or exceed the stringent SOC 2 Type II criteria.
