eBizDocs recently analyzed what made its first 20 years of being in business possible. We discovered a few incredibly important Core Values form the foundation of who we are. Our Core Values were “discovered.” Not written by a marketing company or consultant… 100% Discovered.

Our Core Values are the true representation of what eBizDocs believes. They are the foundation of acceptable behavior across the entire company – from CEO to the newest team member. Core Values drive our culture and how others view eBizDocs.

These words describe the essence of eBizDocs. They are carefully selected and represent the core strengths, that makes us better than our competition. These words tell our community what we care for, more than anything else. These words describe how we do what we do every day and are the blueprint for the perfect employee.

Core Value – Integrity

Integrity is one of the most character-defining attributes a person and business can possess. eBizDocs’ integrity starts with its employees and ends with the way we treat our customers.
It defines who we are and what we stand up for, and how we can brave through conflict and hardship. Integrity shares many positive character traits, including:

  • Honesty: You can’t have integrity without honesty. People with integrity take pride in the truths that surround them and see no need to lie.
  • Accountability: To a person with true integrity, nothing is more crucial than their word and accepting responsibility for their actions.
  • Humility: Having Integrity means being humble. Not bragging or showing off what you have, and always striving to become better. It means understanding the value of hard work and dedication and giving credit where credit is due.
  • Trustworthy: A common sign of integrity is trustworthiness. You can always rely on these people to have a word that is strong as stone.
  • Authenticity: There is no better identifier for integrity than authenticity. Being authentic shows your true self, and not living under a set of lies or masks.
  • Apologetic: True integrity sees past the vanity of losing and winning and prefers creating peace instead of tension. If this requires being the bigger person and apologizing first, then so be it. In contrast, if someone says they are sorry, we believe them and move on from it.

Core Value – Agility

Life is full of unpredictable events. In other words, life happen. Scanners will break, networks will go down, customers will make seemingly impossible demands, and toilets will clog. How we respond to challenges determines our fate. Being agile breeds creativity and opens new doors to solving bigger problems.

The businesses that survive and thrive have one thing in common: the ability to be nimble. As blade of grass that bends in the wind, a successful business knows when to bend, pivot and change to accommodate forces more powerful than itself. To do so requires business agility. It adjusts to changes in the market, and internal changes in the business itself.

Our agility brings us a competitive edge. We can outlearn and outperform our competition. At the same time, it attracts passionate people who excel in innovation.

Core Value – Support

We all need support from time to time. Working in a supportive culture means assisting a team member or customer in a time of need. Support can be emotional or technical in nature. Emotional support includes helping others overcome hurdles by offering genuine encouragement, direction, compassion, or simply just listening. Technical support means providing guidance that solves specific problems with equipment and technology. eBizDocs’ supportive culture is second to none and equally rewards the giver and receiver. We shall never look away when someone is in a time of need.
