eBizDocs Celebrates 25 Years in Business

eBizDocs, is thrilled to announce 2025 marks 25 years of employing individuals with disabilities and putting information at its clients’ fingertips. eBizDocs is a premier digital transformation provider with offerings that include paper, microfilm, large format, and bound book conversion, document management solutions, scanner sales and service, and process consultation.

Since the company’s inception, eBizDocs’ CEO and founder, Howard Gross, insists on providing an accessible and accommodating workplace for people with disabilities. With his partnership as a preferred source contractor with New York State Industries for the Disabled (NYSID), more than 60% of the eBizDocs staff can be classified as individuals with disabilities.

The company has several managers on staff with American Sign Language (ASL) skills who can communicate with the many individuals who use ASL and even offer brown bag sign language lessons at lunch to employees who want to learn how to sign and fully interact with fellow co-workers.  The company also employs a full-time employment specialist, who helps employees with disabilities transition into their new role, address any concerns that might arise and ensure workers stay on task and are able to maintain employment.

“Reaching our 25th anniversary in business has been a dream. What started as a business I founded so I wouldn’t have to work for anyone else has transformed into a well-oiled machine.” said Howard Gross, CEO and founder of eBizDocs. “We help businesses from all verticals to transform their spaces, digitize their files, and save money in the process. None of this would be possible without the support of my amazing family and team at eBizDocs and I feel truly blessed.”

eBizDocs works with businesses in a variety of industries including but not limited to automotive, education, financial, government and public sector, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and more. Howard attributes his success with these industries to the company core values, “Agility, Integrity, Support.” These values are the foundation of acceptable behavior across the entire company – from CEO to the newest team member. This vision boils down to the idea that the company does the right thing, especially when no one is looking.

“I have been with eBizDocs since 2004 and it has been very rewarding,” said Jason Abare, eBizDocs vice president. “I’m incredibly proud of the work we do for our customers and partners, and the work environment we have created. It’s been exciting being on the forefront of innovation in the digital space and as the world continues to transform, we will grow alongside it. I look forward to the next 25 years!”
