    Howard Gross
    President and CEO

    Howard Gross founded eBizDocs in 2000 after many years of working in records management, both as user and a consultant. During this time, he served as the Operations Manager for a Top 10 insurance company and Project Manager for a regional electronic records management firm.

    Howard was awarded the "Corporate Citizen Award" by the non-profit mentorship group, Best Buddies, for his outstanding commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities through employment in the business community. He has been a featured speaker on the PBS television program New York Now and on The Capitol Pressroom, a public radio broadcast. He has written numerous articles on content management and co-authored a section in a book on paper reduction in government business. He is frequently quoted as a recognized imaging and records management expert in a variety of industry publications.

    Howard received a BS in Computer Science from Pace University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

    Vice President

    Jason has been a member of the eBizDocs team since 2004. Formerly the Director of Technology and now the Vice President, he works with the team to drive strategy for success and continue to produce the best document management solutions in the industry for our customers. Jason helps manage the sales, operations, and technology departments.

    As a certified AIIM Capture and ECM Practitioner, Jason understands the concepts of good content management as well as the practical and technical requirements for successful implementation. This places him in a unique position to help customers become successful with their solutions. Jason is the current board president of Ethos Executives, a 2010 recipient of the Business Review's Forty Under 40, a former board member of the Capital Alliance of Young Professionals, and coaches youth soccer.

    Jason received a BS in Computer Science from The College of Saint Rose

    Chris Ginart
    Director of Operations

    Chris Ginart started with eBizDocs in July of 2005. Initially, he was hired as a Production Manager and tasked with tracking projects through the conversion process. As the company grew, the complexity and size of the projects grew, Chris moved on to focus on process improvement and project planning. By applying standardization to conversion processes and integrating his educational background in data manipulation, Chris has found efficiencies, improved process tracking and designed solutions for complex conversions.

    With years of experience in planning projects with clients, Chris has seen the best and worst of records management that businesses have to offer. He has applied that experience by using proven solutions to help those businesses that are in dire need of records management help while translating the best practices into electronic document management processes that can apply to many records management scenarios. Learning from past conversions has become an integral part of the project planning phase and understanding the client's needs in the future allows for flexible, cost-effective options.

    Chris received a BS in Computer Science from SUNY Albany.

    Tobi Bickweat
    HR Manager / Productivity Coordinator

    Tobi Bickweat started with eBizDocs in July of 2016. Tobi has 40 years of experience in the Vocational Rehabilitation field and is a certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). This experience includes and is not limited to: Counseling, Case Management, a strong background in defining and understanding an individual's functional ability and their functional limitation, Training, Quality Assurance, development of Workforce and Business relations with Fortune 500 companies to create job opportunities for individuals with disabilities across New York State, coordination statewide of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). Tobi also comes to eBizDocs with over 18 years of teaching experience at University of Albany's graduate Vocational Rehabilitation program and at Antioch's graduate Organizational Management program.

    Tobi received a BS in Psychology from Utica College of Syracuse University and an MS, Rehabilitation Counseling from SUNY Albany.

  • Tim BurekMarketing Manager

    Tim Burek
    Marketing Manager

    Tim joined the eBizDocs team in 2017. As our Marketing Manager, he works to creatively expand the eBizDocs brand. Tim manages all marketing platforms including our social media pages to build relationships with new and current customers, while keeping them informed on our industry leading document management solutions.

    Tim attained his BS in Business Administration with a Specialization in Marketing from Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. He also excelled at baseball, winning four straight Mid-Atlantic Conference Championships, and a Conference Pitcher of the Year honors. The unique marketing experience, knowledge, and creativity Tim brings to the team will help us inform everyone of our award-winning services.

    Tim also received his MBA in Management from Misericordia University.

  • Ari RosenblumIT Specialist

    Ari Rosenblum
    IT Specialist

    Ari joined the team as the IT Specialist in 2017. As the IT Specialist he manages “anything with a plug” including the network, in-house servers, data storage, etc. He is also responsible for working with customers to support any needs they may encounter using our wide variety of document management solutions, scanners, and professional services.

    Ari brings a wide range of knowledge in numerous areas of technology. This allows him to quickly understand and adapt to new concepts in the ever-changing field. He enjoys when he can apply these concepts into not only our own business needs but into a customer’s as well to give them the best solution to their document management needs. Ari is an active runner having competed in races in Boston, Chicago, and St. Petersburg to name a few and a Tough Mudder in Philadelphia.

    Ari received his BS in Security and Risk Analysis from the Pennsylvania State University.

    Chad Binney
    Business Development Manager

    Chad joined the eBizDocs team in 2018, bringing with him over a decade of experience in the technology market. As Business Development Manager, Chad helps organizations build in efficiencies to their daily workload by providing them with unique electronic solutions to their record management systems. Since its inception, eBizDocs has formed strong relationships with its clients, and Chad is dedicated to strengthening those relationships while forming new ones throughout the community.

    Chad received a BA in Psychology from SUNY Potsdam, where he played soccer, a passion that he continues to pursue today. It’s a great way to keep up his endurance, which is important since he spends most of his free time chasing his crazy toddler around.

  • Navree Woods-TurnerTeam Lead

    Navree Woods-Turner
    Team Lead

    Navree joined the eBizDocs team in 2016. Initially, she was hired as an Auditor tasked with ensuring optimal image quality. Navree then advanced to a Quality Assurance position ensuring images that reach this stage of the project are as close to the original document as possible, if not better. Through hard work, determination and maintaining an inspiring presence, Navree was able to advance to the Team Lead position. As Team Lead she currently leads the eBizDocs offsite team in day to day operations. Navree is familiar with each stage of the project cycle and fills in where she is needed to keep the workflow going.

    Navree is a loving wife and a mother of four sons. She has a wonderful personality, an amazing sense of humor and is a people person. She loves spending time with her family and anyone that is around her. She knows how to uplift people, make everyone around her feel special and appreciated. She lent her culinary experience in Florida, South Carolina and here in the Capital Region for a number of events.

    Navree has two Associates Degrees, one in Culinary Arts from Schenectady County Community College, and one for Business Management from Mildred Elley Business College.
