Order consumables
If your scanner is misfeeding or multifeeding, or otherwise is not performing properly, it may require a new set of consumables as well as a cleaning. You can submit a support ticket above (support.ebizdocs.com) or contact us to order consumables that you can change yourself without us having to charge a visit.
