Our scan team performs the meat and potatoes of the process, and certainly the most technologically advanced steps.

The E-BizDocs scanning and capture department is equipped with three production scan stations, cumulatively capable of scanning upwards of 12,000 pages a day. We utilize i5600 Kodak scanners, the industry leader in document imaging.

Scan and Capture

Scanning is somewhat distinct from capture in terminology, in that scanning is the digitizing of a document into an image. Capture encompasses the whole of the benefits by choosing a professional document conversion service provider to handle the digitization of your documents.

Images are rotated to proper orientation, borders are automatically cropped, highlighter and gradients are managed into an easily viewable form, wrinkles, tears, and tape marks are suppressed, and many other subtle improvements are made through the software.
