Packaging and Delivery

The final step in the process is packaging the data and giving it back to the customer. Generally, images are delivered in PDF format, however other formats such as TIFF or JPG are also available. Digital images can be delivered on a DVD, an external drive or flash drive, or even through an FTP server.

Importing to a Document Management Software

The delivered package consists of the images named based on the indexing values that are required by the software that will be housing the documents. Furthermore, we provide a CSV that is designed to give the import utility of the software the data it needs to properly file each image. Thus, we can provide images and an import file that can place documents in virtually any line-of-business software or Document Management Software.
