One of the qualities that sets E-BizDocs apart from our competitors is that we want to make sure that everyone is using the best solution possible and that it’s implemented correctly—even if it’s not our project.
Third-party Vendor Quality Assurance
Sometimes all you need is a second look over scanned images to make sure that your vendor is supplying the quality you expect. Our QA process is the best in the business, and we’ll apply it to post-scan images to give you the peace of mind knowing that your documents were captured correctly.
We know what questions to ask
Every project begins with questions. And the more questions that are answered prior to initiation, the smoother the process goes. This is all still very new to many businesses, and it’s easy to jump in before all of the potential roadblocks are identified. While the story about the architect who didn’t consider the weight of the books in designing a library may not be true, encountering a hitch in a document imaging project after its too late is all to great of a possibility.
Adding value to your staff
There is no greater asset to your company than your staff. In many cases, an in-house scanning project may be feasible and cost-efficient—the right staff can do wonders for a company’s success. But there are still potential pitfalls. Having had a production document scanning facility for as long as we have, we’ve kind of gotten to know the process. We’ll come into your office and review your progress—how efficiently the scans are being produced, whether or not the output format is appropriate, and especially how the data is being formatted afterward—to guarantee that your investment in staff is not squandered.
After setting up one of our clients with a facility to scan their documents in-house, we returned for review and found that there were pages missing from their scans and folds in the paper resulting in loss of data in the final images.
While we work as hard as we can to ensure that doesn’t happen, when it does, we’ll be there to help you correct the problem.
