We’ll analyze your company’s flow of information:
Through careful and meticulous analysis, we can determine processes that can be automated.

While it’s possible to just walk into a company and scan their documents from filing cabinet to an electronic document management system by using index and retrieval, proper evaluation allows us to add complex workflow rules, thus making the searches more efficient, effective, and quick.
Time Taken to Identify
We spent weeks in discussions with Hoffman Car Wash prior to designing a solution for them that would cater to all of their needs for document management. After the time investment was made, an efficient document management business process was adopted, bringing their flow of paper seamlessly into a digital flow of data.

A Case for Analysis
Sometimes, time is of the essence—but then, since time is always money, perhaps time is always of the essence. In one particular case, where the customer chose to breeze over some of the more tedious analysis stages, implementation of the solution proved difficult. We found there were additional changes being made to documents after their conversion, which, as you might imagine made for a headache of document management.
Had we been told how the customer planned to use the documents after they were scanned, we could have planned for that situation and even prevented it with correct use of the technology.
